This is one of the best yoga videos on youtube. I was in a car accident a few years ago and since then, I've been struggling with neck and back pain. My physical therapist said I should do yoga but the intense moves always aggravated my neck. The pacing of this video is nice and slow, very peaceful and relaxing and approachable for beginners. Thank you so much, I do this every night now and always wake up feeling refreshed.

Me too. I started yoga & I was as flexible as a piece of concrete. I also realised I hadn't worked muscles for years (hence my constant fatigue). It feels great to stretch and put some energy into my body.
