The tune is ...
The tune is collected from the notebook of Sven Donat. He was a corporal and musician who lived 1755-1815 in Småland, a historical province in southern Sweden. The whole notebook can be found online. If you want this specific song, google "Polska efter Sven Donat (MA5 40)". The first hit will be folkwiki.se, there you have notes and midi. Good luck!
