@billybobby800 Yes ...
@billybobby800 Yes, most of the Hurdlers in Olympics do 8 steps except some hurdlers like Dayron Robles. If you feel very slow going with 7 step cuz u have to push urself so hard to do it, then try 8 steps. Or try 8 steps in a normal meet where you always win, and try 8 steps. Though, don;t change it if you're going to states and all now, but you can change it when you have 2 weeks of practice time or whatever

The first time I saw Xiang it was mid-race and the camera was panned out. My thoughts were as followed: "Damn, that white guy's pretty fast ... Wait, is he really passing all the other runners?? ..... WHOA!! A white guy just won against black runners?!.....HOLY SHIT!! He's Asian?!?!?! YOU GO, BOY!!!"

LOL There are plenty of non-black runners (though, to be honest, I can't name one), but Xiang was also the first Asian guy I ever saw running track/hurdles and winning. He's cool! Shame of his injury during the last Olympics because I was really rooting for him.
