@frontmoney21 if you are going to argue then you need to know your right, and your not, all levels of highschool use 39" for the 110, and 36" for the 300, while in college it stays the same height for the 400's as it is for the 300's, and the 100 hurdles move up to 42".

@billybobby800 Yes, most of the Hurdlers in Olympics do 8 steps except some hurdlers like Dayron Robles. If you feel very slow going with 7 step cuz u have to push urself so hard to do it, then try 8 steps. Or try 8 steps in a normal meet where you always win, and try 8 steps. Though, don;t change it if you're going to states and all now, but you can change it when you have 2 weeks of practice time or whatever
