beatle fans should order the apple record sessions book...they go day by day from their first to last recording...every little note that happened that day...who sang what...how they achieved different sounds...John lowering a microphone into water to get certain sounds...Yoko moving a bed into the studio after a miscarriage...which track was spliced with which track...fascinating to read.
