2 Swiss Ball Crunch
Crunches on the Swiss ball offer several advantages over more conventional methods and machines. Using the ball facilitates full flexion and extension of your spine thereby training your abdominals through a full range of motion. Crunches on the ball also promote balance and stability stimulating your deeper core muscles in addition to the prominent rectus abdominus or 'six-pack' muscle. When done correctly the Swiss Ball crunch is super effective.

What makes this video ESPECIALLY EXCELLENT compared to most exercise videos is the constant narration and explanation while the exercise is repeated from different angles. You can actually LEARN something from the narration--AND learn from watching the correct movement. How much better is this than hearing a rushed explanation followed by listening to the idiot COUNTING for the rest of the video!

What was shown was a compilation using different techniques. Different footage was merged together, I don't think there were more than 10 consecutive crunches. Thanks again for the informative video.

I think the exercice is really great. But, Each time I try to do abs, with the ball or without, my lower back always hurt.. Is there anything to do about that?

SHOULD you work out your abs everyday or every other DAY?

I work out my abs every other day. Need to let the tissue heal.

as with any work out you should probably do it every other day, you're muscles will only gain so much and when they're at their max there's nothing you can do but let them heal and rebuild. The guy with the lower back issues, I'd see a doctor. Situps or crunches on the floor will sometimes hurt your back, but on a ball it shouldn't be hurting badly.
