Sent him a letter once with some cards of my work and asked him for some advice. He basically said: it's the hardest thing anyone can do, odds of success are really low, go get a job. I thought that his words were cool as shit although I think that i'll never be able to set down the brushes, but as his video suggests, people with crystal clear thoughts are going to be looked down upon... as illustrators
