Yes, people can find/see "salvation" in unlikely places. But if you claim to follow a specific religion, the religion's view on salvation can restrict things some. Depending on your religion, salvation may only be given by Christ, or by reaching a higher enlightenment, or whatever. But don't pretend that it isn't restricted by the rules of religion. If you find "salvation" in pop tunes, you're probably not anywhere close to following the religion you claim to follow, so what's the point?

Okay, why are you making such a big deal out of this? Why do you keep coming back to try to educate me? Look, everyone is entitled to their opinion & have different values, so please spare me the unneccessary lecture. I don't want to here from you again. End of discussion.

I'm responding, not making a big deal. Why is that so surprising? Wow, so everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but they just can't leave comments saying their opinion? Or everyone is entitled to their opinion, but you want to be spared from opinions that differ from your own? Sounds like EVERYTHING in your belief system is inconsistent.

LOL ...FOUR posts!! WTF?? I'm pretending nothing, and clearly I can logically suggest anything I want to - I did, didn't I? The difference between your comment and mine - was that yours was attacking someone else, whereas mine was simply a request for you to shut up and listen w/o attacking others. "Feel this, can you feel this? Salvation under my breath" ~ "Let go". (Sorry B-spark.. I'm done now ;) )

It was 4 posts because youtube has a character count. And 2 (or rather 1), weren't addressed to you. Uh, no, actually you CAN'T logically suggest anything you want; the suggestion has to be LOGICAL, not just capable of being suggested. And if you say "the color red is the color blue," it's illogical in the same way it is for you to suggest that people shouldn't comment when there is a comments page and you yourself are commenting. That's just inconsistent and hypocritical.

FYI: You didn't suggest that I not attack others (which I don't think I did... you guys are a bit oversensitive if you think so... learn to take criticism), you suggested that I "hush and listen." There's a difference, and if you intended one thing then you should have said so.

I'm going to say the same thing I said to beautysparkz: You cannot logically suggest that I just hush and listen when there is a COMMENTS page. One which you're commenting on yourself, you hypocrite. Just because you don't like something I say doesn't mean that different rules should apply.

Also, you cannot logically suggest that I either listen to the music or don't when there is a COMMENTS page. One which you're commenting on yourself, hypocrite. Just because you don't like something I say doesn't mean that different rules should apply.

You're right. I assumed based on you saying that it sounded Christian & the salvation comment. That was my mistake, but if you're not Christian it's even weirder that you'd assume that the song sounds Christian. How does a song like this sound like it stems a specific faith? That alone is silly, but since we all relate songs to ourselves it would at least make SOME sense. It makes even less sense to assume that it sounds like it stems from a faith other than your own.
