I just read the book and about 95% of it is in the movie--every great line and scene is in the book even though it sounds exactly like the sort of stuff the Cohen's would come up with. That includes not showing Moss's death and the final scene with Tommy Lee Jones.

So I didn't enjoy the movie really, but that isn't to say that it wasn't well made. You have to hand it to the Coen brother's. The suspense was well done, especially in the scene at 0:16. The lack of music also added to the feel of the film, but it just didn't suit my tastes.
