You can rationally say "ok, this are obvious truths", but it's really hard do practice everyday until we are no scared about events such as losing a child or our own life. I am just a beginner but I can say, Meditate upon this sentence.

or buy a bag of wild bird seeds, open it up in your room. After a few weeks, you can start to set all the flies free from the bag one by one and count the lives that you have created and saved. Piece!
