In this segment, David Devins takes his students through some of CKM's evolved techniques. One of his students includes Irish model and celebrity, Lisa Murphy. Lisa, who is fairly new to Commando Krav Maga, makes some very positive comments on her training experience with CKM. She enjoys the work out and self defence aspect of the system.
