down with democracy? i think you might have meant capitalism darlin. democracy's a system that gives the whole (or vast majority of the) population a voice in who's running the show. and capitalism's where industry and trade are controlled by private owners rather than publicly/state owned. yes, this does promote profit, but it also promotes competition between the companies and choice for end users. hope this helped mate.

ahh i see, just a misinterpretation. the problem with quoting pop culture is it does tend to be a bit ambiguous. especially in text where tone/accent cant be mimicked. i have watched charlie the unicorn, but not to the point where i had it memorized. and even if i hadn't watched it i wouldn't be ashamed of my lack of pop culture in any means. different people enjoy different things, i couldn't care less what is and isn't popular.
