Slade were massive in the 70's but still under-rated, for Noddy's voice, and as song writers. This is one of their best songs, in my opinion; a classic. Even Steve Trite's inane prattling ( the BBC should be prosecuted for culture crime for inflicting him and the rest of the radio one morons on us ) can't take away from how great this is.
