Fedor wont fight in the UFC because they wont pay him the money is deserves, he earns the most money in MMA. His last fight he got over a million dollars. The UFC refuses to pay him fair market value so he fights wherever the money is. The UFC also knows that if they wanted him for a 1 fight it would have to be for the Belt and they know he would win.
