Hola! Entra en el video "Gate-Gate- Mantra del corazon" en el esta lo que significa. Es recomendable hacerlo 108 veces, cantado en voz alta o silencio. No se te puede recomendar ningun mantra ya que eso es individual, debes elegir el que mejor te haga sentir, el que armonice con tu vibracion.Gracias!! Saludos!!
