@batteribarn100 Hmm svårt att säga jag kollade ju upp Mareld i ett svensk-engelskt lexicon och det gav mig det där ordet och inget annat. Jo det stod ju inom parantes efter ordet " Phosphorescence (of the sea)" men annars inget mer. Men om man tänker efter ordentligt, så på något sätt passar det ju, om det ordet är det dom menar i texten. Det låter så fint på något vis. Men du behöver inte ändra något, jag gav bara min osikt och jag vet att Mare-fire inte finns mitt lexicon det är allt ^^'

@FaMyLi Ska erkänna att jag inte översatt det här själv, ctrl-c ctrl-v på den faktiskt. Däremot är jag lite osäker på phosphorescence. Phosphorescence är ju den vetenskapliga betäckningen på mareld, eller fosforescens som den vetenskapliga svenska översättningen är. Sea-fire är väl mer ett vardagligt ord för det, eller?

Det här var en bra översättning, men jag såg några fel. Den första versen. "Jag var länge ensam enda barnet" blir " I was for a long time alone the only child" Och det andra felet var ordet Mareld. Mareld är inte eld utan ett fenomen som orsakar ett blåvitt sken i havsvatten. På engelska blir Mareld - Phosphorescence. Det var allt, annars var allt bra. ^^
