Add some Hoisin sauce to the rice as it is frying. Many Chinese restaurants also add some Oyster sauce to the rice. For additional good flavor try Double Dark Soy sauce or Mushroom soy sauce. A dash or two of Sesame Oil is also a big plus (go easy with the Sesame Oil at first, because it can be overpowering until you get the hang of it). I have to save up and buy me a Disc-It!
