Well as you said acceleration is more important! You say the Agera R brakes are better, overall yes I agree but in terms of stopping power to weight ratio the Bugatti wins, when has top gear proved that Koenigsegg has triumphed over Bugatti through the corners? And 'Should' not for sure then? Although don't get me wrong i think the Agera R is awesome, but I would rather have a Buagatti Veyron SuperSport's every day of my life.

Top Gear hasn't ...
Top Gear hasn't tested the Agera R, and 0-60 and 0-100 won't really matter around a track except for at the very beginning. The Agera R can hit 0-200 5 seconds faster than the Veyron and it's brakes are a lot better. Also, as Top Gear as shown us, previous Koenigsegg's triumphed over Bugatti in handling so why wouldn't this one? It creates more downforce than previous Koenigsegg's so it should corner better.

It's much, much lighter than the Veyron SS so that's a given. Until the Agera R goes around this track quicker, and goes faster than 267, I won't say it's a better car. I'd definitely take it over the Veyron though.

Other than 0-60, the acceleration times are a lot faster than the Veyron SS. The top speed is projected to be 273 and I believe it. Acceleration is a lot more important than top speed anyway. It can probably take a corner better than a Veyron too

What's so funny is that some Swedish guy, a norwegian powerboat-maker and some employees have made a car that's faster than something made by one of the worlds largest companies that set out to create the worlds fastest car. Nobody here should ...
Nobody here should be arguing over the Koenigsegg or any other car mentioned, they are all great. What makes this car so special is that it comfortable and has all the amenities of a luxury sedan. None of the other cars can ever claim that and do the speeds that this does. I think the Agera, Zonda, Lamborghinis, Ferrais are all unique and each has its own driving character. Some of them to rough and made for the track not the street. I could drive the Bugatti cross country get out comfortable .

Recently, the Aventador went 10.4@137 in a Road and Track test. Aventador is naturally aspirated V12 goodness and less than half the price of the Veyron. I'll take an Aventador please and a house in the hills, lol.
