If you can find singer, Jean Carn's version; give it a listen. It's on one of her then husband's side, Doug Carn. They gave this great respect and Jeran will make you sing with her.

I was born 32 years after Trane's death ('89), but this music is amazing to me nonetheless. It's timeless, so unique and unpretentious with such amazing harmony, beautiful. I've learned so much just from studying the song, but I haven't even scratched the surface.

This was probably the best quartet ever assembled. None of the members are replaceable at all, it just would not have worked especially for things like this. Smokin'
