That's actually just a matter of personal preference. For "the best", I mean. Reason is a good tool. Granted it isn't as powerful as the others you named. It's a great tool to include in your environment. I do see your point. And I use mostly FL (sometimes ReWired with Reason simply for ReFills, etc.). I love FL. But FL isn't proven to be "the best."
