Those guys are NOT Iraqi soldiers they are insurgents/terrorists, that may hold information about their fellow insurgents/terrorists which may save US soldiers on the ground in Iraq. They are not soldiers, they do not wear uniform, they attack in "every man for himself tactic" and attack US troops in large civilian areas, where its hard to tell friend from fo.
