An ellipsis is exclusively used for omitting parts of quotes. You don't use it for rhetorical effect. Also, why the hell is he omitting his own thoughts? He could simply not write them. Is he so important that his thoughts are well known quotes? So it's not that my mind is preoccupied with anything, it's that this fool doesn't know much about english. That's sad because what does he have to fall back on if he stinks at math-it's insinuated by a remark in his channel. Faced? aw snap!
