About a month after I bought my iPod Video the headphone jack got messed up, and the connection went bad. Took it in to the genius bar, they person there looked at it and gave me a new iPod on the spot. With AT&T, I was getting poor reception with my Blackjack. Took it to one of their Device Support Centers where they swapped it out for a brand new one. It actually was under a recall, but it beat having to deal with Asurion or Samsung.

I have had GREAT experiences at the Apple store. I told them exactly what I needed with my computer (ports,software,) and they gave me options. I love going to the Apple store.

I will most likely have a bad experience tomorrow when I go. I have never been to one, and they have just put one in my area. So, I have jailbroken my iPod touch. They will probably say something if they see it.

It took them 3.5 hours for Applecare to replace the top case of my MacBook (yeah, cracked case, just like everyone else). It's nice going to the Apple Store when you have money, though.

My mac mini broke and they replaced it literally in 10 mins flat Part of the reason why Apple products have a premium Their customer service is seriously Amazing ! I haven't had this kind of response from n e other Brand Even the so called premium brands Like Bose have sad customer service !

weird, i called for my xbox, and was done in like 10 minutes. english person from the USA. i asked. LOL. spoke english fine! i find any phone support for computers is garbage. they get ANYONE to do the initial questioning "is it on, did you turn on your monitor" that sort of crap. then you get to some techs....they kinda know whats going on, but they prefer to just replace things or restore from scratch. its pretty stupid. best support ever = NINTENDO!!! my wii went nuts, fixed over phone10min
