If men have any boob-tissue, it's perceived as unattractive, grotesque, and like he's not a real man. If women don't have big enough boobs, it's perceived as unattractive and like she's not a real woman. Since when did what someone's chest does or look like determine genitalia? (Breasts aren't actually genitals, male or female.)
