I'm not sure, if R. Sikorski told this about Barack Obama. This information, as I know, appeared on the blog of another polish politician from opposition (PIS - the party of Kaczynski) and this could be stupid joke, bacause the members of PIS don't like Sikorski. Greetings from Poland
