Come on, it is like a home video. It shouldn't have taken long to make. Besides, things weren't like they are today. No big international crisis and the economy was OK. Madelaine Albright says that in those last times they were trying to make Arafat and Israel make peace but when that went down I guess they werent' too busy. And this is probably made BEFORE that.

This is not like a home video where you record random unscripted events around the house or at your backyard barbeque. All of the screenplay in this little skit looked like it followed a script. It also looked pretty well-rehearsed if you ask me.
