For me death metal is something that Chuck played, no one else can create this kind of music! I like CC, but i wouldn`t call them death metal, they are technical or brutal death metal.

@kyerrr Death was a far earlier form of death metal, basically pioneering the genre itself, the band was formed in 1983, Cannibal Corpse was formed in 1988, they are two totally different styles, but still both in the death metal genre
