Essai Peugeot 1007 2010

Evangelion Simphony 2 - Cello Suite No 1 BWV 1007 (Bach)

Web: radiomanga.net jbestmusic.blogspot.com http Cello Suite No 1 BWV 1007 (Bach) Anime: Neon Genesis Evangelion OST: Evangelion Simphony 2 (1995) [audio] Neon Genesis Evangelion (新世紀エヴァンゲリオン, Shin Seiki Evangerion?), commonly referred to as NGE, Eva, or Evangelion, is a commercially[1] and critically successful, influential, and popular Japanese anime that began in October 1995; the series launched the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise. It is commonly regarded as one of the greatest anime of all time. The anime was created by Gainax, written and directed by Hideaki Anno, and co-produced by TV Tokyo and Nihon Ad Systems (NAS). Evangelion is an apocalyptic mecha action series which centers around the efforts by the paramilitary organization NERV to fight monstrous beings called Angels, primarily using giant mecha called Evangelions which are piloted by select teenagers, one of whom is the primary protagonist. It follows those teenagers and other NERV members until the defeat of the Angels and the eventual apocalyptic ending. Events in the series refer to Judeo-Christian symbols from the book of Genesis and Biblical apocrypha among others.Later episodes shift focus to psychoanalysis of the main characters, who display various emotional problems and mental illnesses; the nature of existence and reality are questioned in a way that lets Evangelion be characterized as "postmodern fantasy". Johann Sebastian Bach - Prelude (BWV 1007) played by Alex Timmerman on Mandolin

Johann Sebastian Bach (Eisenach, 1685 - Leipzig, 1750) composed music for a great variety of instruments in all kinds of combinations. Best known probably are his 6 Brandenburger Concerti and the Double Violin Concerto. Lesser known, but equally beautiful are his compositions for solo instruments, like the compositions for Organ and Harpsichord, the Sonatas/Partitas for Violin, the Suites for Violoncello and Lute, and the Sonate for Flute. The Prelude from the 1st Violoncello Suite in G major (BWV 1007) is performed here by Alex Timmerman in a transcription in the key of D major for Mandolin solo. This music was chosen to be performed on a wonderful new Roman Concert Mandolin build in 2008 by the Milanese luthier Lorenzo Lippi. It is precisely made after the famous Mandolin Concert Model No. 5bis by the celebrated Roman luthier Luigi Embergher (1856 - 1943). And done so with the intention to continue the production line set out around 1900 by the Roman musical instrument makers Giovanni Battista Maldura, Giovanni De Santis and Luigi Embergher as the founders of the Roman Mandolin making School. The Roman Mandolins build by Mr. Lorenzo Lippi sofar have already been recognized for their excellent workmanship and their superb tone. One of his Roman Concert Mandolins, a 5bis concert model with a palissander bowl made in 2008, can be heard and seen in this video. Enjoy! Thanks for making this video goes to Niels Mastercards. Johann-Sebastian Bach - Allemande (Bwv 1007) - Baroque Lute

This is a long long time dream : play some Bach on the lute... And my opinion is Cello suites are the most beautiful music he wrote (for solo instrument) So I choose a transcription of cello music for the lute. Transcription is by Gusta Goldschmidt (Tree editions). Baroque lute is made by Didier Jarny. I had work a lot on this one, it is not easy for me, neither the baroque lute, and the music by Bach, so forgive some imprecisions, but as the first take was "not too bad" I keep it, because doing more takes will add stress and does not lead to a better recording... so as I said often (and don't do...) there will be (perhaps) another version later.

Johann-Sebastian Bach - Prelude (Bwv 1007) Baroque lute

I should have start by the Prélude, but here it is... I choose a slow tempo as I think then you can make "speak" the music more than faster version (IMO)... Johann Sebastian Bach - Prelude (BWV 1007) played by Alex Timmerman on the Mandoloncello.

The Prelude BWV 1007 by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685 - 1750) is originally composed for Violoncello. In fact, it is the very first piece of Bachs 1st Suite in G major (BWV 1007) for solo Violoncello. In this video it is played on the mandoloncello, an instrument in the Mandolin family which function best can be compared with that of the violoncello. Indeed the mandoloncello (or mandocello, as it is named in the US) has the same tuning (C2-G2-D3-A3) as the violoncello and the music is likewise notated in the bass clef. It is obvious that most music for violoncello can usually and without modifications be played on the mandoloncello. It speaks for itself that the sound of bowed instruments is a completely different one than that of the plectrum played instruments of the Mandolin family. But it is exactly this variety of sound that gives pleasure to me and hopefully to all. Johann Sebastian Bach did not know the instruments of the Mandolin family, as there are for instance the mandolin, alto mandolin, mandola and the mandoloncello. They did not yet exist as we know them today. But he did like the sound of the Lute, a plucked instrument similar in sound and appearance to that of the mandoloncello. So much so that he even wrote solo Suites for it. Besides my love in general for the music by JS Bach, this is only one of the reasons why I like to play his music. Another important one for me is my fondness of everything Mandolin. Now the mandolin is of course an instrument well <b>...</b>

Pablo Casals: Bach Cello Solo Nr.1, BWV 1007 (8.1954)

In August 1954, at age of 77 Pablo Casals (1876-1973) performed Bach's G-Major Cello Solo at Abbaye "Saint-Michel-de-Cuxa", a Catholic monastery located south of the small town Prades in France (close to Catalonia of Spain). Pablo Casals settled in Prades in earlier 1940's after the Spanish civil war in 1930's, and he came back to Prada as the conductor and cellist at "Prades Festival" in 1950's. A small museum in Prades is dedicated to the memory of Pablo Casals. Pablo Casals was politically active and, he was an ardent supporter for Second Spanish Republic in 1930's. At age 85, he played at White House for JF Kennedy who awarded him the (American) "Presidential Medal of Freedom" two years later in 1963. Pablo Casals was among a very small group of well-known musicians who aligned themselves politically with the American government. Arguably this filmed 1954 performance probably is not at the best of Pablo Casals. Most critics consider that the best performances of Pablo Casals on Bach Cello Solo are back in late 1930's and that exist only in audio recordings under EMI label.
