You can see that all of my planted tanks in this video are looking like craps....My planted tanks get low on water and over ran with duck weed. It happens. It's just a part of what I like about the planted tanks. You can let them go and they come back without much effort. Sure I would love for all of my planted tanks so be perfect, but how I clean them up easily is the cool part. When they start getting bad, I can clean all of them all at once with a giant water change routine. This is what I like to do. I just bat them all out at once. Simple. Remember, the easier the water changes and maintenance are to do, the more that they get done. This is important to keep in mind when you are setting up your planted tank.
