Here we have a vintage bus: a 1953 GM "Old Look" - former Public Service Coordinated Transport (predecessor to NJ Transit) G572 going for a ride around Lakewood Terminal. This bus is preserved thanks to the Friends of the New Jersey Transportation Heritage Center, Inc.

A short ride on Metro's preserved Metropolitan Lines 1959 TDH-4512 crossing south over the south park bridge, trying to pass through the large crowds there for the wake for the bridge. This coach, and 1657 were the last two vehicles to cross the bridge. This coach has a Detroit Diesel 671. Please excuse the talking in the video.

GM Detroit Diesel 6-71 Old Look Bus Engine TDH-4512 Start+Idle (1953?)
Old (1953?) GM Diesel (prior to being Detroit Diesel) 6-71. These engines are 2-stroke. Bus was brought to scrap yard due to sever interior degradation. Brief Goolge search show TDH-4512 as being city of Royal Oak, MI service. Engine starts and runs well, I just could not let this get sent to China to be melted down into $3 Christmas ornaments. This is a reverse rotation unit, can be reconfigured to conventional rotation if need be. This is the second of these that I now own, the first being from a 1982 GMC Brigadier, that one has a turbo in addition to the "blower". Both start and run equally well. I dropped the bus transmission in the dumpster, the main housing of it was cracked off as you can see in the video. I hate to do this as I am sure there are people out there who could use the parts, but it is too difficult to find those in need (Allison VH-2) , so my apologies on that. I hope you enjoy the video, check my other one it shows this engine at higher RPM's. Sorry I stood in the way (camera) of actuating the starter.

GM Detroit Diesel 6-71 Engine Motor Running and Shut Down 2 Stroke THD 4512
Same engine as previous video (please see that one also), increasing RPM. She blows a little smoke, but not bad for being a 1953. Todays junk won't run 50 years from now, so I really take my hat off to this one. Being 2-stroke, she revs up pretty quicky, almost tipping the entire engine/bus frame over! Would be a lot of fun in a rat-rod, log splitter, etc. Nothing sounds like these anymore. This was one of the only truck road sounds people heard from basically 1940 to 1990. This engine will not see a smelter as long as I am alive. 12 volt, reverse rotation. Oil pressure shows 15psi at idle, which is more than enough (increases well with RPM).

La 4624 y 4512 de Ferromex en León, Guanajuato. Méx. ES44AC y AC4400CW Rumbo Norte
Hola pues después de un buen rato de no subir nada de videos ahora les dejo este otro video,se trata, si mas no me equivoco de un Mextor rumbo norte y paso algo enfierrado por la A, ahora este tren traía de líder una ES44AC Diabla con el numero de roster 4624 y en múltiple venia una AC4400CW Diabla con el numero de roster 4512 ambas locomotoras son Ferromex, pues este dúo de maquinas pasaron a la altura de la punta norte del escape Fausto Rodríguez, este tren lo agarre en el Kilometro 411, de la línea A, del Distrito de León, el día domingo 16 de Octubre de 2011, a las 4:08 PM. По задумке авторов персонаж родился 12 апреля, необычным малышом, попавшим с Луны на Землю. Жители поляны решили, что Лунтик — лунная пчела, а значит приходится родственником обычным земным пчелам. Жители поляны очень полюбили Лунтика за его добрый нрав, отзывчивость и стремление прийти на помощь тому, кто в ней нуждается. Лунтик пока ещё не знает множества простых вещей и не понимает, как устроен окружающий мир, но он очень быстро учится, ему нравится этот мир и он хочет сделать его ещё лучше и добрее. Он поселился у пчел. Он совершенно не умеет хитрить, хвастаться, важничать, жадничать, простодушен, из-за чего иногда попадает в неловкие ситуации, но, поняв с помощью друзей, в чём неловкость, обязательно старается загладить её по-хорошему, чтобы никого не обидеть и никому не причинить зла. Лунтик очень вежлив, всегда прислушивается к мнению окружающих и не ленится обдумать услышанное, не боится защитить слабых и отстоять свое мнение. Всё понимает буквально, однажды даже под выражением бросать блинчики понял, что нужно бросать настоящие блины. Многие герои сериала cходны с героями другого более раннего мультсериала — «Приключения пчёлки Майи» (в обоих есть пчела, кузнечик, паук)
