Congessional Courtesy - 1099 Tax bill (HR 5141)
In a surprise show of political gamesmanship, the Democrat Majority brought Congressman Dan Lungren's (R-Gold River-CA) 1099 tax bill - The Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act (HR5141) - to the floor for consideration. Unfortunately, they attached it to another bill -- The Small Business Tax Relief Act (HR5982) - which contains job killing provisions and would increase taxes by $19.4 billion dollars over 10 years. Lungren did not vote in favor of HR 5982. Below is a transcript of the only exchange Lungren was allowed after hearing his bill was being brought to the floor -- without prior notification: Lungren (R-CA) Parliamentary Inquiry - Is there any rule under the house that requires notice being give to the author of a bill when it is being brought up without any notice whatsoever since I am the author of the 1099 repeal bill and have had it before this house since April of This year and given no notice- Is there any requirement under the rules -- Levin, S. This is a Unique Neoplan Low Floor in Port Authority's Fleet what make it Diffrent is the seating Arrangement, Rather the typical American Standard Seating that PAT always gets for its buses 5141 was Experimented with Freedman Style Suburban seating for long-Haul routes based out of its Hamar Division, this bus was the only Neo Low Floor to Recieve this seating Arrangement--I personally think they should of did more. The only Cons about this is its very tight up in the front but yet it was pretty comfortable, Enjoy this ride deadheading back to PATs Hamar Bus Facility. On the P67 line to Monroeville Mall. This bus was PACKED from door to door, so I couldn't focus the camera thru the front like I wanted to. For the fans of howling Meritor axles (like me), you're going to REALLY love this one (and the audio recording I have for it)! This is a 1999 Neoplan AN440LF with a Detroit Diesel S50 engine and Allison B400R transmission

London Underground A62 stock 5141 and A60 stock 5026 shunt into Harrow on the Hill platform 4 from the reversing siding on 22nd May 2011. Trains were reversing at Harrow due to engineering work between there and Aldgate.

Bologna autobus Menarini 201/2LU n° 5141 linea 35 dal Pilastro al capolinea Rotonda Baroni
finalmente un video su un altro mitico autobus Menarini 201/2LU vettura n° 5141 del 1987 in servizio sulla linea 35 dal quartiere PILASTRO al capolinea ROTONDA BARONI Il video inizia in via del Pilastro, in mezzo ad una bellissima zona verde ..l'Arboreto del Pilastro, poi il Menarini n° 5141 svolta a destra in via Protche sottopassando la ferrovia FS e raggiunge la Rotonda Brunetti Rodati per poi svoltare in via dell'Industria. Alla fine di questa via percorre la Rotonda Modonesi e si immette in via Larga, passando sotto diversi sottopassi delle FS del vicino scalo merci di San Donato. Quindi transita in pieno quartiere PILASTRO nelle vie Panzini e Sighinolfi e raggiunge via Martinetti dove effettua una bella accellerata! :-)) Dopo aver girato attorno ad un'altra rotatoria si immette in viale Fanin, transita davanti al CAAB e alla Facoltà di Agraria e arriva finalmente alla Rotonda Baroni, dove effettua il capolinea a fianco di un grosso Centro Commerciale dove riprendo per un attimo anche questa magnifica vettura ....la 5141 :-) Video del giorno 1 Giugno 2009 .
