2012 Kawasaki ER-6n launch: MCN take a brief, behind the scenes, look at the new Kawasaki ER-6n on the world press launch in Portugal. Having ridden the new ER-6n it's clear it has been improved in every area - both in its ease of use and excitement, its build and its style. To add fun Kawasaki has played around with the tried and trusted 649cc parallel twin engine. It remains virtually the same but they've improved the fuelling, via a new ECU and changed the underslung exhaust. This results in improved acceleration and a greater spread of torque. Styling-wise it's a complete makeover from front to back. Prices haven't been finalised yet, but it's expected to be about £5700, or about £50 more than the current model. Try getting a non-custom shop (like best-buy ect) install component speakers in your TC it won't happen! They refuse 'cuz the speakers have rivets not screws or bolts holding them in plus they think you HAVE to make a custom mounting bracket, BS do it yourself don't take it too an expensive shop. This is the stock look install, I just ripped the panels off and started a custom fiberglass install stay tuned for that vid will be much better!
