Japan ~ The Afrikan Genetic Roots

The Afrikan Genetic Roots of The Japanese. This is why one should never take a person's word for something. Research it for yourself. While Acknowledging their Afrikan origins, some refuted their Korean/Chinese admixture. Many Japanese believed they were of a more pure genetic lineage. Their history books reflect this, however, DNA proves otherwise. See the results for yourself. The Yomon and Jomon are the same people. Remember the "Y" and "J" are interchangeable like Jah and Yah. www.metmuseum.org www.jomonjapan.org en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org www.mnsu.edu Yayoi linked to Yangtze area: DNA tests reveal similarities to early wet-rice farmers Some of the first wet-rice farmers in Japan might have migrated from the lower basin of Chinas Yangtze River more than 2000 years ago, Japanese and Chinese researchers said Thursday. This was suggested by DNA tests conducted by the researchers that showed genetic similarities between human remains from the Yayoi Period found in southwestern Japan and the early Han Dynasty found in Chinas central Jiangsu Province, Satoshi Yamaguchi told reporters. People who introduced irrigation techniques to the Japanese archipelago in the Yayoi Period (250 BC-300) were believed to have come to Japan either from the Korean Peninsula across the Tsushima Strait, or from northern China across the Yellow Sea. The latest findings, however, bolster another theory suggesting the origin of the Yayoi people was an area south of the Yangtze, which is ...

Putting Afrikan Culture Into African-American Lives 1

How Do We Learn Our Culture and Observances If No One Knows What It Is? The Afrikan Village will assist in providing information for you to decide for yourself. This video was originally posted by Oyotunji on December 22, 2006 Visit: www.oyotunjiafricanvillage.org for more information His Royal Highness, Oba Efuntola Oseijeman Adelabu Adefunmi (born Walter King) (5 October 1928 - 11 February 2005) was the first African-American to ever be initiated into the priesthood and initiation cult of any traditional African Religion/spiritual system. His initiation paved the way for other African-Americans to recover and begin to practice traditional African beliefs that had been lost as a result of the transplantation of Africans during the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade. Having grown up with a natural interest in African culture, young Walter Eugene King seemed destined to find a way to express his African roots fully. He left the Baptist faith he was born into, and traveled the world, going to Haiti in 1954 to study voodoo and 1955 to Europe and North Africa, often as a part of the Katherine Dunham Dance Company. Then in 1959, just before the Revolution, he travelled to the Matanzas region of Cuba to be initiated into the Yoruba - Orisa'Ifá priesthood of Obatala and returned to the United States reborn as Efuntola Oseijeman Adefunmi. Efuntola means "the whiteness (of Obala's whiteness rituals) is as good a swealth (or honor)." Adefunmi means "the crown has given me this (child ...

The Tulsa Oklahoma massacre of Afrikan People (Black Wallstreet) 5/12

One of the nation's worst acts of racial violence—the Tulsa Race Riot—occurred there on June 1, 1921, when 35 square blocks of homes and businesses were torched by mobs of whites. The riot began because of an alleged assault of a white woman, Sarah Page, by an Afrikan man, Dick Rowland. This incident produced even more hatred between the whites and the Blacks even though there was no proof of the assault. The case was simply a white woman's word against a Black man's word. The Tulsa Tribune got word of the incident and published the story in the paper on May 31, 1921. Shortly after the newspaper article surfaced, there was news that a white lynch mob was going to take matters into its own hands and kill Dick Rowland. Afrikan men began to arm themselves and join forces in order to protect Dick Rowland; however, this action prompted white men to arm themselves and confront the group of African American men. There was an argument in which a white man tried to take a gun from a black man, and the gun fired a bullet up into the sky. This incident promoted many others to fire their guns, and the violence erupted on the evening of May 31, 1921. Whites flooded into the Greenwood district and destroyed the businesses and homes of Afrikan residents. No one was exempt to the violence of the white mobs; men, women, and even children were killed by the mobs. Troops were deployed on the afternoon of June 1st, but by that time there was not much left of the once thriving Greenwood ...
