Sorry for the bad playing, it's just to show what kind of sound amplitube2 can give you, they all are personnal presets. I used a musicman petrucci signature 7 strings pluged in a Maudio firewire solo, no EQ or anything it's just the guitar pluged directly in amplitube, i just add a limiter on the master of nuendo to prevent clipping. thx for watching, and hope that will help out some to take the decision to buy or at least try amplitube :))) the demo is playable for 10days In order, the presets: Petrucci-ish Funky Bluesy Jazz CrunchTimmons PinkFloyd/Breathe phaser/univibe kinda sound Overview of the amp and cab plus some effects. Sorry but it would take ages to show everything, there are so many combinations possible, it's almost endless :)and youtube sound's in mono, so the reverbs/delays sound mono here which there's not in stereo environement. I can't believe my luck getting this guitar on ebay for 80 Australian dollars. It is a Chinese made, Johnson Series 902 Stratocaster guitar. Apparently has EMG designed pickups which don't sound too bad. It has a fake painted skunk stripe on the back but is otherwise well finished and has excellent tuning stability. I might raise the action by making a truss rod adjustment as I prefer that. All fretted notes play and bend well. Tell me if anyone else has got one of these guitars and tell me what you think. (My wife reckons I'm a cheapskate!) Specs below. A quick jam I did using Amplitube 2. Not the best playing. Showing the semi-decent tone i got out of amplitube. I took some drum loops from Addictive drums, then improvised a rhythm track, then the lead. Both using bridge pickup. Guitar used was a Schecter 006 Deluxe with a Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge and a Jazz in the neck.
