Florida Trooper Arrests Miami Police Officer in Marked Car for Speeding

A Miami Police officer was arrested at gunpoint and charged with reckless driving after allegedly leading the Florida Highway Patrol on a seven-minute chase in his squad car at speeds that reached 120 mph on Florida's Turnpike in Broward County earlier this month.A highway patrol trooper pulled out her gun to arrest Fausto López, 35, after he reportedly ignored repeated warnings to stop. López could not be reached for comment. As of Saturday, he was still assigned to regular duty at the Miami Police Department, said Cmdr. Delrish Moss, "because at this point it's a traffic offense." The incident, first reported by Univision 23, started at 6:28 am Oct. 11 on the southbound turnpike at Commercial Boulevard, when a trooper, identified as DJ Watts, saw a Miami patrol car switching lanes in a dangerous manner.Watts turned on her lights and siren but couldn't reach López, who was driving more than 120 mph, the report said. At about 6:33 am, Watts caught up to López. When she pulled in back of López's car, she once again activated her lights and siren, but López ignored the warnings, according to the report, and kept going. Finally, at 6:35 am, seven minutes after the start of the high-speed chase, López stopped his car near Hollywood. An FHP video given to Univision shows Watts approaching López's car with her gun drawn. "She drew her gun for her own safety based on the actions of the driver," said Sgt. Mark Wysocky, an FHP spokesman in Broward. Watts ordered López to step out ...

Journalist,Faith Laugier- attacked, assaulted and arrested by NYPD: The Shamar Report

Faith Laugier is a Journalist/Radio show host and personal friend of mine. Today, 11-17-11, she was indiscriminately grabbed from the crowd while moving away from the chaos, as instructed to do by NYPD. At the very start of this video you can see a police officer rush her from behind and body slam her to the pavement. Handcuffs were then placed on her in such a way that caused the veins in her arms to erect. Officers refused to loosen her cuffs as well as explain why she was being detained. Also, several times in the midst of my filming and photographing her arrest several police officers attempted to swat and take my camera from me. At one point an officer shouted, "grab that man",me. I was able to remain safe.

#OWS Protesters March On The Brooklyn Bridge 700+ Arrested 10-1-11

Protesters started marching up the pedestrian walk way over the bridge while others tried to take the traffic lane. For a few minutes officers held the line and then they turned around and led the way up the traffic lane on the Brooklyn Bridge. From what I saw no police told any of the protesters to leave until they created a barricade in front of the march about halfway through the bridge. They then pulled vans and buses up to the back of the group and started arresting everyone. In total over 700 people were arrested.

Teenage Girl Arrested For Cursing A 911 Operator Who Keep Hanging Up On Her - Sgt. Robert McFarland

Welcome to the new world order.. where you are a slave, and cops only help you if they feel like it UPDATE: Charges dismissed against teen in 911 case LINCOLN PARK - All charges were dismissed yesterday against a teen-ager arrested for making a scene at the Police Department after she said an officer repeatedly hung up on her as she called 911 for an ambulance for her father. Adrainne Ledesma, 17, smiled in court yesterday as she learned City Prosecutor Norman Kohlstrand had dismissed the case against her that could have sent her to jail for up to 90 days. "I'm happy," she said after the two-minute hearing in front of 25th District Judge David Bajorek. "I think it's ridiculous what happened." Ledesma had called 911 Aug. 19 after finding her father, Adrain, who had recently undergone brain surgery, lying on the kitchen floor, having a seizure. Upset about what she was seeing, she said she started to swear as she dialed 911 for an ambulance. She was in the midst of swearing, she said, when police Sgt. Robert McFarland answered the phone. "He started to lecture me about not cussing because I think he thought I was cussing at him, but I wasn't," she said. "Then he hung up on me." She said she called back and again explained that she needed an ambulance, but was hung up on again. That was repeated once more, she said, until she finally got in touch with a relative and had him call for an ambulance. A transcript of the 911 calls made available by police show McFarland calling ...

Man Arrested at Ground Zero for Demanding Truth

A brave member of the 9/11 Truth Movement faced a crowd by himself and was immediately sacked by police officers. Clearly, the crowd's reaction to the simple statement "When will we be allowed to know the truth about 9/11" indicates the deep state of denial and cognitive dissonance still present within the brainwashed masses. Clearly, the propaganda campaign has had great success in channeling all of our pain, fear and dawning perception of the true terror of 9/11 as a false flag operation, into blind hatred for muslims. This is how 9/11 continues to damage America and deepen the wound that has been inflicted. Clearly, many will NEVER be mentally or emotionally capable of grasping the dark truth about 9/11. We have dark days ahead, but only by shining light into the darkness can we overcome it. Remember that, while darkness cannot drive out the light, only light can drive away the darkness.

RT's Adam Kokesh brutally arrested for dancing at Jefferson Memorial

A flashmob in Washington has felt the full force of the law, by being forcibly arrested by police - for dancing in public. They'd gathered at the Jefferson Memorial in defiance of a ban on dancing at the monument. Among those held were RT America presenter Adam Kokesh, who says he was slammed to the ground by officers. The ban came in during 2008 when an activist sued police for arresting her for public dancing. The group say they were paying tribute to her as a champion of the First Amendment, guaranteeing freedom, and in response to US District Judge John D. Bates' ruling that denounced dancing on the site. RT on Facebook: www.facebook.com RT on Twitter: twitter.com Adam vs The Man rt.com

This was the end of a police chase and the Sgt. doesn't want video coverage from a credentialed member of the press. The photog asks how far to move back but the sgt. says no you can't shoot it at all. Notice the road is open to traffic, there are people without a camera that are standing there and even some kids walk straight through the scene. The photog moves a block away and shoots from the next street over and that's when he's arrested and charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration....how can you obstruct from a block away.

NYPD Roughs Up and Arrests Peaceful Protestors

On November 17th 2011 the 99% occupied Wall Street based on our first amendment rights to peacefully assemble. The NYPD trampled on our rights and arrested the patriots who put their bodies into the gears of the machine. Our government is bought by the 1% and corporations. It has not represented the interests of the 99% in a very long time. We must wake up the people to reclaim our rights as Americans with our bodies, voices, and hearts. Lets take back this nation from our corporate overlords.

Arrest of Jennifer Jade Jones June 28 Quartzsite Arizona Council Meeting Viral

Jennifer "Jade" Jones --- had her elbow injured (hospitalized) during outrageous and mysterious arrest - disorderly conduct - during peaceful statements at public podium during a town council meeting. Jones had the floor. Police chief Jeff Gilbert (positioned at wall) was directly involved. Many in Quartzsite do not understand why this police chief is not under suspension because Arizona State Dept of Public Safety is already investigating him for criminal accusations by officers in his department. Presiding officer of the meeting (Mayor) could not dissuade police from their mission. Many suspect conspiracy between police chief and council members, other than the mayor. Share this video please. Children defy police in Washington, purchase lemonade at Capitol

www.adamvstheman.com In response to a recent wave of lemonade stand shut downs and harassment of children over such petty regulations as are used to shut them down, several activist gathered at the west lawn of the capitol in Washington, DC to sell lemonade and were arrested. While the officers were technically on solid "legal" ground in shutting down the stand, they behaved inappropriately by any standard numerous times, using intimidation tactics on protestors and observers, and harassing members of the professional media. The willingness with which children and tourists participated by purchasing lemonade in disobedience of the police instructions is an indicator of how little respect the general public has for government in general, and specifically police when enforcing unjust laws. Gives me hope for America. For those who are complaining about the public property not being used for its intended purpose, part of the point of this that the government should not be using public property for the glorification of government when it could be better used to serve public interests. Excessive vending at the capitol (or without a permit in any public space) would surely be preferable to 22.5% unemployment. Free the economy!
