Hi all you Arx fans out there! I finally colleted some codes and cheats in Arx Fatalis, and I am sharing my knowledge with you. First of all, this video does not contain all the codes( because the ones I did not include suck ) and all the spells and stuff are collected in a document: RPGDot's official Arx guide( to download it directly use this link: users.atw.hu ). So you'll find completely everithing about Arx in this document. Ok, now about the video... The 3 parts of the video: 1) A nice bug with chickens 2) Magic codes, cheats drawn by spells 3) The only cheat in Arx( the bone and the chair stuff) So first of all, try it on any chickens, keep double clicking on them, until they explode into a roast chicken.:) ( useful for the people who doesn't want to spoil a fireball at a chicken ) Secondly here are the spells as shown: MAX - Maxes out our character, gives a boost to our skills, plus we gain all the runes. SOS - Reveals the entire map - all levels. POM - Gives us a powerful sword - could recieve it from lord Inut SAM - Gives us a deadly bow - this would be the other weapon from lord Inut( the code for it is not SAM SAM, it's only SAM, first time the code was not written perfectly, so I had to draw it again ) Stair Icon * 3 - passwall code, draw this to activate/disable passwall SDSD - Super deformed, every character has big head( can be turned off ) RAF - 'Raf mode', boost up speed permanately!( cannot be turned off ) PLPL - A little graphic effect, messes up the <b>...</b>

I've already uploaded the Opening scene of the game so now here's some of the actual Gameplay. I'm not really sure how many people care about this game, in all seriousness I have a feeling it might be obscure but I still think it's very good and worth a play if you liked classic NES games like shadowgate or any type of first-person dungeon crawler.

There are only so many insults the hero of a fantasy tale can take, so it's finally time for some action. After having killed some rounds, I assault the Goblins and Goblin Lords. Although, perhaps that isn't the smartest thing to do in the middle of the Goblin City. A nice feature in Arx Fatalis is that you can dismember the limbs of your enemies either when you deliver a finishing blow or when they're dead and lying on the floor. It's really well done by the developers and it's just smart gameplay. Arx Fatalis is an underrated first-person RPG developed by the French Arkane Studios. The game draws heavily from the classic Ultima Underworld games to create a game with a very strong atmosphere. For those who didn't get the game at GOG.Com, here's a patch that will upgrade your patch to v1.19. Arkane Studios made this patch for GOG so users would be able to run the game in higher resolution. www.mediafire.com PS: I apologize for the rather terrible quality of the video. The final battle was actually not too hard for me this time around. This isn't the first time I've fought Iserbius/Akbaa can be ALOT tougher than this, especially if you're unprepared. There are credits for the game but I did not include them in this video. If you own the PC version you can just access the credits from the main menu at any time.

One of the lesser known easter eggs in Arx Fatalis is that you can kill King Lunshire and loot the royal corpse for a special key. This key opens the large door next to the human outpost, which supposedly leads to the outside world. When you open the door, it basically just triggers a cut scene where you get killed by an icy wind that blows in from the frozen world outside. You never get to see what is actually behind the door. I tried several "protection from ice" spells and "fire field" spells, and even tried to open the door from afar with telekenisis, but I still got the same cut scene every time. I remembered that NPCs open unlocked doors when they run into them, so I unlocked the door, stirred up some trouble in the tavern and got one of the NPCs to bump into the door while chasing me. As I expected, the door opened without activating the cut scene. Sadly, the developers didn't put anything behind the door (I doubt they planned on this method being used), so you basically just wander into the abyss between the levels. There may be something out there but I walked completely off the map and never ran into anything, so its doubtful. Still, this is a rather easy task to experiment with as long as you're strong enough to kill the king and escape the guards. Also, I'm using another easter egg, Inut's Bow, in this video. Its completely overpowered and can kill an unsuspecting Ylside with one hit.

This is the fixed setup series. Started 18th overall, and of course there was a turn one pile up that bumped me up to 6th in my class. Had a really hard time getting past 4th place because our braking points were completely different. Caught up to 3rd and 2nd with about 5 minutes to go.
