5-28-11 at Sky Harbor International in Phoenix, AZ my mother was sexually assaulted which brought her to tears. Multiple TSA agents claimed to know my whole family (WELCOME TO 1984) TSA then threatened to steal my luggage because I left it unattended... rather because I was 10 feet from it. I was then threatened to have my ability to fly revoked by Southwest Airlines, NOT TSA. Southwest Airlines then threatened to have me arrested for filming the event, even though TSA, Southwest, and Phoenix Police couldn't provide me with the statute or law that claims I cannot film in a public area. Here is that event. Police- Protecting and Serving??? Why is TSA asking for my father's phone number and address at the end of this ordeal, to add us to a no-fly list or spy on us?

Occupy Wall St March of 14.10.11. At apx 6:30 am, it was announced in the General Assembly (GA) that Brookfield Properties was not going to force an eviction under the guise of "park-cleaning". Around 7:30 or so, the pent-up energy of the hundreds of protestors packed cheek to jowl exploded into two unscheduled and, as usual, unpermitted marches: one going north on Broadway, the other going south. This is footage from the south-bound march. In front of 33 Beaver St, the protestors, fed up from harassment eariler in the day, and being chased and herded by a phalanx of cop-cycles, decided to turn in protest and stand their ground. There were a good many hot-heads on both sides. As you can see, a few protestors pushed the cycles, resulting in escalation which suddenly resulted in a rush-attack by the police. Key points to notice here: 1) The protestor who you can see getting arrested is mostly passive. 2) The aggressiveness of the protestors in no way justifies the brutality seen here and in later clashes. 3) The Press is denied access to view and record the beating, arrest, and handling of this protestor. indeed, they are chased off with night-sticks. 4) The (green-hat) member of the lawyers guild was denied access to protect her client. Faith Laugier is a Journalist/Radio show host and personal friend of mine. Today, 11-17-11, she was indiscriminately grabbed from the crowd while moving away from the chaos, as instructed to do by NYPD. At the very start of this video you can see a police officer rush her from behind and body slam her to the pavement. Handcuffs were then placed on her in such a way that caused the veins in her arms to erect. Officers refused to loosen her cuffs as well as explain why she was being detained. Also, several times in the midst of my filming and photographing her arrest several police officers attempted to swat and take my camera from me. At one point an officer shouted, "grab that man",me. I was able to remain safe.

Her crime? Not letting the officer or his partner into her apartment building right away. The incident happened on Nov. 29 and Doreen Salazar said she still has nightmares about it. "I heard banging on the window and 'Cops, let me in,'" said Salazar. Salazar is disabled and can barely see unless an item is right in front of her face. She said she wasn't even sure who was pounding on the door to her apartment complex until she moved closer to the glass door. When the officers were at the door, she was checking her mail. "I told them management told me, if you are not here for me, I do not have to let you in," said Salazar. But according to surveillance video obtained by 7NEWS, Salazar quickly opened the door for the officers at which point she went back to her mailbox to get her mail. That is when she said one officer started cursing at her. "Started yelling at me, telling me, 'Am I crazy? When I am told to do something by the police you better do it,'" said Salazar. This footage has been uploaded with only a minimal level of editing so that people can view this with an open mind, but for those who wish to know more, here is a small backstory to the event: 07.01.2012 Occupy protesters in Liverpool held a demonstration on Liverpool's main high street to highlight tax avoiding companies such as Top Shop, Boots and Vodafone. Security guards from these retailers and other nearby stores brutally attacked the protesters including women, children and the elderly. Witnesses saw security guards punch a pregnant protester and burn a lit cigarette into one protesters face, along with countless other acts of criminal assault. On arrival, the police arrested 4 of the peaceful protesters and 1 security guard. Personally, I have nothing to do with the protests and was simply present to document the event. As an independent film maker, my intension was to report on both sides of the story, however that became impossible after I was unjustifiably forced into an ally way by 4 security guards and pushed to the floor, whilst demonstrating my right to film in a public place. I was also called a "fucking peado" and had my photo taken by 2 security guards who told me "we'll fucking get you". Do these actions demonstrate the ideals of the retail stores these security guards represent? Or is this just the actions of mindless thugs, taking any opportunity to out their pent up aggression? State settles suit by protester for $100000 www.staradvertiser.com On April 29, 2010, activists Mitch Kahle and Kevin Hughes were assaulted by Ben Villaflor, the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms, and State Sheriff's Deputies, for objecting to unconstitutional Christian prayers used to begin each session of the Hawaii State Legislature. Hughes was injured in the attack and was taken to the hospital for x-rays and treatment. Kahle was arrested and prosecuted, but was ultimately vindicated when Judge Leslie Hayashi found Kahle "NOT GUILTY" and ruled that: "The Senate's [Christian] prayers violate the constitutional separation of church and state." I was the designated driver and was sober. We pulled into the 7-11 on Lamar & West 10th in Austin TX to get gas, and we saw ourselves near a car that was pulled over with two police cruisers behind it. A black woman was being given a field sobriety test in the cold. She seemed to be getting bossed around by the cops, and we both took notice. They had her doing the heel to toe test in high heels. In the passenger seat was a young Hispanic lady who appeared to be on her phone. She was doing nothing aggressive. As we finished pumping gas, a cop had gone over to the passenger side door and opened it. Soon after we heard a terrible scream and watched in horror as the very built cop started yanking this poor girl from the car. The other cop came up and joined in on the abuse. The business of this hearing was to simply defend an accusation of non-display of a UK vehicle excise disc. The registered keeper did have a valid disc for this vehicle however it was not on display. This started out as a fairly straightforward issue of a Freeman of the Land desiring to establish the authority of the Magistrate attending, however things quickly became interesting. We were sitting in the bear pit in bristol city center peacefully minding are own buisness causing no trouble at all. Two policemen walked up to us asking for our details we questioned there aurthority and reason, there evidence was speaking to the police when people was rioting (a week before). The situation escalated because he didnt know the boundries of his authority we didnt comply with giving him our details and we didnt think that was a good enough reason to stop and search us, he said if we didnt comply he would forcefully search us.
