If Multiple gestation or history of Spina Bifida- then increase to 2MG of Folic Acid per day. 2) DHA supplement (recommended but not required) NAUSEA/VOMITING 1)Vitamin B6- up to 3 times a day 2)Ginger tea 3)Peppermint Candy 4)Unisom- 1 tablet per day 5) Sea bands 6)Ginger gum 7) Brat diet- Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast.
