TV9 News : Repeated Traffic Rules Offenders To Lose Driving License In Bangalore.....! The driving licences of repeat violators of traffic rules will be suspended from Sunday. The rule will be applicable to drivers indulging in drag racing, 'wheeling,' and using cellphones while driving. "The number of repeated offenders of traffic rules is on the rise. The decision to suspend licences has been taken to check increasing accidents," said MA Saleem, Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic & Security) told Deccan Herald. Safety rules The new rule will ensure road safety besides preventing accidents. Riders who do not wear helmets too will be booked for traffic violation, he added. The information uploaded with the help of blackberry will be utilised to identify and track repeat offenders. The impounded driving licences will be suspended for a period of three to six months, he said. He's expected to leave the hotel at 7.30am. Whether the Mercedes transporting him to the location will be a streak of steel remains to be seen but organisers are optimistic the thin morning traffic will enable a fast transfer to the hotspot. All the Briton's daredevilry, scorching pace and super skills are reserved for the stunts and manoeuvres on the NICE road where he'll captivate around 5000 spectators which will include hundreds of schoolchildren and film celebrities such as Ramya, Puneet Rajkumar, Sudeep, Sonu Nigam and Pooja Gandhi. Some of these celebrities will go on a hot lap with him even as a lucky few will visit his pit garage or meet him up, close and personal. These events will unfold from 11am. Hamilton was scheduled to helihop to the venue but now it seems that luxury will be reserved for his MP4-25, the car he'll be driving for his stunts. The car's unveiling on Tuesday will be spectacle in itself. The parts were flown in on Sunday before a 12-man technical team from McLaren assembled it here.
