AMAZING WATER/GLASS Realism drawing - look for beauty in the mundane
my website: www.theportraitart.com had to change music and reupload. usually this style of realism drawing is done with graphite pencil over a long period of time because they don't smudge easy and allows finer control. It was definitely a great learning experience to try to do it faster with charcoal, i would say 70% of this drawing is about blending rather than putting charcoal on paper. The goal is to have a decently convincing drawing without spending much time and showing the great beauty of things that we might otherwise consider mundane like pouring water into a glass.
