So the Trickster is real. Who would've guessed, besides the Hammers of course. Oh, that's right, the Order of the Hammer. Trickster's worst enemy. First time I skipped loot. There's a purse with 100 gold in the High Priest's quarters downstairs, but it's also the home of several enemies on the loud tile floors. Didn't feel like spending extra time fighting two chaos spiders, a green spider, a frogbeast, a bugbeast and two ape beasts just to get a purse that's 100% useless. No, you don't get to spend any of that gold if you do go for it, and the rest of the gear down there is unnecessary since the level is so easy and beatable with only a blackjack and maybe some broadheads for spiders. On expert difficulty, if you do anything at all to any of the bugbeasts, a new objective pops up to tell you to kill all four bugbeasts in the level, which is annoying. I know I said the bugbeasts are weak, but I was wrong, they can take serious amounts of damage. They're just very passive and easy to knock out, that's all. Sure, you CAN knock out them before killing them, but the killing would make noise and alert others to your presence and then the level would just become a big ol' kill'n'KO-fest. I wanted to avoid that.
