Find this and many more recipes on the Giallozafferano App in English itunes.apple.com *** Do you think it's impossible to make a fancy dessert in just 30 minutes? These yogurt sundaes with berries are a simple and tasty dessert, which can be prepared in such a short time! Let's see how to do! We'll need: • 8,8 oz (250 g) of fresh berries • ¼ cup (50 ml) of water • 1 ½ tbsp (20 g) of sugar • 2 tsp of corn starch • 2 ¼ cups (450 g) of Greek yogurt • 1 big tbsp of honey • 3,5 oz (100 g) of crunchy granola Begin to prepare the berry coulis, to allow it to rest in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Put the water, the berries and the sugar in a small saucepan on a low flame... and stir until the berries are mushy. Strain the berries through a colander to remove any seed. Now add the corn starch, which has been melted in a very little water... stir... and put on the stove again until the mixture has thickened. Our coulis is ready, now pour into glass cups... and put in the fridge to cool for 20 minutes. In the meanwhile, we'll prepare the yogurt cream. Pour the honey into the yogurt... and stir until you have a creamy mixture. Now that our coulis is cold, we can divide the yogurt into the cups. Chocolate Berry Look

This tutorial is inspired by some of the looks I created for the January edition of Glamour magazine (you can see some of the images here). The make-up was inspired by warming winter tones like rich chocolatey browns, shimmering bronzes, plums and vibrant berries. The gorgeous model Eve was a blue-eyed blonde, so I adapted the opening spread look a little to suit my colouring otherwise it would have become very dramatic with my dark hair and eyes! Despite this I think these types of tones work really well on all skin tones. Using tinted moisturiser and shimmer on the cheeks keeps the skin fresh, glowy and natural looking. For darker skin tones deeper and more vibrant berry and plum looks great on eyes and cheeks whilst softer chocolatey berries and lighter shimmering bronze tones work better for paler skins. At the end of the film you will see a photo of how I look when I do an exact copy of the first look in the magazine. You can see how much more dramatic and evening/sultry this look becomes when framed against dark hair etc. As usual its all about selecting the right tones to suit your skin tone and the occasion. Animated Short - The Fox and the Rowan Berries
My final project for school. Programs used are Adobe Flash 8 (Macromedia Flash at the time) for all animation and Twisted Brush Open Studio (great, free program :D) for all the backgrounds. All put together in Flash and final sounds added in Cakewalk Music Creator :3 For this "project" we get to choose ourselves what subject we want to work with, which it can be pretty much anything. I chose to make an animated short and what you see here is the result of approximately 9 months of work. It could be good to mention that I do not attend an animation school and I'm pretty much self-taught when it comes to animation. Everything you see in this film is made by myself, but most of what you hear are sounds I've gathered from different sources (with permission!). JAMES WONG Grow Your Own Drugs Goji berry and chicken soup for colds and flu 2 tbsp dried echinacea root 200 ml water, freshly boiled 5 tbsp goji berries, fresh or dried 2 litres chicken stock (homemade or from stock cubes) 3 chicken thighs or drumsticks (preferably organic) 2 large onions, peeled and sliced 12 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced 10 cm root ginger, peeled and shredded 2 fresh medium-sized chillies, finely sliced 8 garlic cloves,chopped extra sliced ginger and chillis, to serve 1. Combine the dried echinacea root with the water in a bowl to make a simple infusion. In another bowl, pour just enough cold water over the goji berries to cover, and leave to rehydrate. Set the echinacea and goji berries aside and leave to stand. 2. Place the stock and chicken pieces in a large pan or slow cooker. Add the sliced onions, mushrooms, ginger and chillies and place around the chicken in the pan. On a very low heat, simmer gently for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until the chicken is tender and falls apart. Take off the heat. 3. Five minutes before serving, add the goji berries and chopped garlic. Finally, strain the echinacea infusion and add this to the soup, reheating if necessary. 4. Serve by ladling into bowls and garnishing with sliced ginger and chilli for an extra kick. USE: Makes enough for 4. Can be eaten with noodles, if wished. www.jameswong.co.uk
