English description: 1) Refreshing Mint Facial spray-- I used 15 medium mint leaves and one cup of boiling water. Let mint leaves steep and cool down. When they are cooled, transfer to spray bottle and enjoy! Keep refrigerated when not in use and make fresh every 3-4 days. 2) You can use the same mint water you made in (1) as a facial toner. Be careful if you have very sensitive skin, though. Otherwise, I use it in summer as a quick pick-me up and refreshing toner during the day or in the evening. 3) You can use mint water you made in (1) as a additive to your manicure and/or pedicure during the soaking stage. Mint water not only has a pleasant scent, but also has natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties...It also works wonders after a long day, if your feet are tired and icky. 4) Facial spray (2) can be turned into a body spray, as a remedy after sun exposure or for light sun-burns. (caution, this will not substitute for medical treatment you may need if you have severe sun-burns). Add one teaspoon of aloe-vera gel for additional soothing and calming benefits. Spray on your body after sun bathing or if you have minor sun-burns and irritation. 5) Mint ice cubes! These make for an amazing and refreshing morning pick-me-upper. =) I use these on my face in the morning or on puffy eyes. =) Hope your find these useful!
