This video highlights the effect of changing your pit strategy if you have a poor qualifying session. i qualified low down the grid on a circuit i didn't really know and changed my startegy to a 10 lap stint on prime tyres and concentrated hard on consistant laptimes when everyone around me was going in for tyres. the OSD was telling me i would re-enter the race in around 4/5 or 6th after my pitstop which would have been great, but in fact i made up more time with a good in lap and came out in 3rd and on options when most were on primes and if i had one more lap i think i could have taken the win.
