This is just a HD Videotest with the Canon Eos 500D. Cutting and Editing works fine with Sony Vegas I filmed in 1080p mode with crappy 20fps but let Sony Vegas interpolate to 720p with 25 fps. The 720p mode of this Cam causes too many artifacts especially at edges in the images. Thats the reason why i don't use 720p with 30fps. This is my first time shooting video on a D-SLR. I made this short film to convince my boss to buy Letus Extreme - a 35mm photographic lens adapter for video camera - for using with our currently owned Canon XL H1s camcorders. I borrow my friend's 500D since it can perform good DOF. Btw, i am a photographer and still learning to become a videographer.
