So the gossip mill has been churning for months on a possible new Sex and the City project, and already the name getting attached to the starring role played for years on tv and on the silver screen by Sarah Jessica Parker is Blake Lively. A lot of people are saying that this experienced actress who plays a fashionista socialite on Gossip Girl is a perfect fit for the role, and it does kinda seem like a shoe-in. At this point, it is just RUMORS though, with Blake's camp saying that she is not involved in the SATC film... at least right now. We hear that the series author, Candace Bushnell, reportedly wrote another prequel titled Summer in the City and it follows a 19-year-old Carrie moving to New York and really starting the beginning of her journey in life, love and fabulousness.
