Hot ? yes Very and i use this as the standard for heat levals, as this is 10+/10. It tastes Like a Habanero (as it is),the heat kicks in at bout 40 sec and increases till the 2.40 min mark, then it remains like that for 10 or so minutes, Eat 1 then Hang on, Milk is recommended if you cannot handle the heat,it helps a bit(id say) i try not to have anything as may spoil the experiment..DO NOT HAVE WATER , IT SPREADS THE OILS AROUND.. From South America comes the Cheiro Pessego, a chinense variety that loves to grow but this 1 was in a little Pot, hardly looked at or anything done to, so its grown itself and did quite well, its over a metre tall in this 8 inch pot/20 cm.. The Pods look a beautiful Creamy Peach Colour and get a fair few so next season will put it in the Ground and see how it goes.. Today was joined by the Lovely Sacha who loves chilli's and wanted to have a go,, Cory joined in and had a go too so a few got to do.. What they Like ? How Hot are They ? a great flavour thats sort of fruity/sweet, Sacha thought was lemony so cool and heat was Great and Built to just under Hab heat, lasted a while as well.. Fantastic flavour and great heat, really recommend this1 as with most of the South Americans tested this season.. hope you Enjoy Be Excellent Cheers neil.

Lucky 7 a sauce by www.cambridgechillifarm.co.uk , Paul sent a few Of the UK's finest over to try and got a few from Cambridge Chilli Farm, Tim has a great range of hot sauces and have a few here will test during the Season.. Lucky 7 is made with Yellow 7 Pods and as my Fav chilli thought would try it 1st. Ingredients: Sugar Cider Vinegar Yellow 7 Pot chilli's Lemon Juice What's it Like ? How Hot is It ? Smells Sweet with a fruity tinge and already going "Oh this is going to be Good" and Yup, instant Silky and Sweet with a fruitish tinge, then the pineapple like taste comes though and it's Unreal.. the Taste stays for Ages and even after the test could still Taste it.. Fantastic. Heat wise, it has Yellow 7 Pods so ya Know its going to be Hot and Build as well and it did at the break was getting a Throbbing mouth happening so it builds quite a bit then plateau's and stays for a while then calm's down, my tongue was still tingling 20 min later so goes a While.. Loved it and reckon its 1 of the best tasting sauces Tried, Luke Agrees so we both HIGHLY Recommend it and 1 to get and can get from www.cambridgechillifarm.co.uk Thanks Paul for sending them and Tim for Making, Unreal...
