Wow, this thing has really gone crazy with the viewers. Let me first start by saying that this is not my house. Regardless of what any of the comments read, this house really does exist, I have seen it with my own eyes and nothing you see in the video is trickery, it's all real. This display was the work of Carson Williams, a Mason, Ohio, electrical engineer who spent about three hours sequencing the 88 Light-O-Rama channels that controlled the 16000 Christmas lights in his annual holiday lighting spectacular (from Christmas 2004). His 2005 display includes over 25000 lights that he spent nearly two months and $10000 to hook up. So that the Williams' neighbors aren't disturbed by constant noise, viewers driving by the house are informed by signs to tune in to a signal broadcast over a low-power FM radio station to hear the musical accompaniment. The rough quality of the video has led some viewers to believe it was put together in stop-action form from still photographs, but that is an artifact of the high compression used in the clip circulated via e-mail. Mr. Williams has posted instructions for recreating his "Wizard in Winter" sequencing, and another of his choreographed Christmas light music shows can be viewed here. Carson's Christmas display proved so popular that it was featured in a Miller Lite beer commercial in December 2005.

I installed this light show at a friends home in Fountain Valley, CA. It's dedicated to the memory of Larry Stewart who passed away on May 15th, 2011. Larry and his wife always wanted to do something big for Christmas, this is their dream come to fruition, I was glad to assist in making this happen. This setup consists of 56100 LEDs (220 StellaGreen strings controlled by 15 StellaScapes E16-II controllers), programmed to dance to the music via MADRIX Ultimate running on a custom built Core i5-760 @ 2.8GHz w/ 8GB of RAM. The snowflakes, arches, mini trees, mega tree, & star topper were all made by me. Several custom effects were programmed in MADRIX. All networking, installation, research, programming, & all nighters performed by me (Damion) EDIT, the title says 54020 LEDs, this error was brought to my attention by Fabian Gordon, a real good guy in the lighting scene. I arrived at 54020 during one of many 48+ work days and made a mistake. It's really 56100 LEDs. WATCH IN 1080HD!! This christmas light display started out 6 years ago at a residential home in Crooks, SD. While growing in popularity at the residential site, it would generate lines of cars up to 1/2 mile deep with 2 hour waits to see the display. After the owners decided to move to a new home in the country, the show was relocated to the Western Mall in Sioux Falls SD, where it lights up the night and peoples hearts by raising around $25000 per year for the Make-A-Wish foundation of SD. It grants about 5 children's wishes each and every year. Even though it's tough to get the scale of this display by watching the video, the castle backdrop used in the display is actually 3D, and is 24 feet tall! The music used with the show is called "A Christmas Rock Medley" by Richard Campbell of Orpheus Studio in the UK. The artist has blessed the use of his song for the display. The musical artist is also quite amazing, playing every instrument used in the song! This year The Fred Loya House has over 400000 lights dancing to the sounds of a Techno Christmas. This is one of two shows being played this year. The second show will be posted soon and it is the the traditional show featuring lights dancing to The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The house is located in El Paso Texas, and is at the corner of Bob Mitchell and Paseo De Oro. Shows will run from Dec. 3 to Jan. 1st 2011. Show times are 6, 7 and 8 Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This has truly become a must see of the Christmas season.

My little home video of Guam's quasi-famous holiday light show, found at the center court of the Micronesia Mall. The 35 foot tall tree is decorated with forty thousand mini-lights, strobes, globes all controlled by a personal computer. Around the giant Christmas tree is a train that parents and their children can ride in together. The ending finale includes simulated "snow" that falls gently onto onlookers. Taken during my vacation back home to Guam 2010-2011.

During this Holiday season, the street of Bainbridge Cir, Murrieta Ca thought we would do something to put a smile on peoples faces. The entire neighborhood had so much fun doing this last year, we made it better this year. We have now synchronized 13 houses in the block to music, and have added 4 more songs. This is a must see as the video does not do it justice. This was a team effort with the entire neighborhood getting involved. It has really brought the entire neighborhood together, and now is bringing the entire community together. You have to see it to believe it. Micronesia Mall's 2008 Holiday Lights presentation featured a total sensory experience for 4 of your senses this past Christmas season. Audiences were excited to see tens of thousands of computerized, synchronized lights, hearing dynamic Christmas music via a 1600 watt stereo system located inside of the 35 foot tall mega-tree, the children were delighted to touch the falling snow produced by 3 Hollywood snow making machines and new this year was the "scents of the season" that were produced by 4 DMX controlled aroma machines. The entire show was powered by Light-O-Rama controllers and software. Micronesia Mall is the largest shopping mall in the Western Pacific located on the tropical island of Guam, a US territory. 2008 was the third year that the Holiday Lights Experience entertained Guam's residents and tourists.
