City Government demands all keys to properties belonging to Cedar Falls residents.

Ordinance #2740( An unfunded city-wide mandate) was passed with a resounding 6 to 1 vote, and it allows for the citizens of Cedar Falls to forcefully give the government keys to their comercial properties through universal 'lock boxes'. The intent of the program is to provide increased safety and protection to personal, private property which include businesses, apartments and some rental houses-- which by the way-- comes at the expense of furthering wayward erosion of fundamental constitutional rights. **UPDATE** The plights and concerns of the citizens have fallen on deaf ears as the City of Cedar Falls has voted to pass the final ruling on mandatory lock boxes, again, with a 6-1 decision. Town Moves To Ban Free Speech in Private Homes, Group Meetings

More at www.SHTFplan.com Via Alex Thomas at The Intel Hub www.TheIntelHub.com A small Arkansas town of 850 is attempting to ban groups from meeting to talk about the city without first getting permission from the city itself. In a move reminiscent of Nazi Germany, the Gould, Arkansas City Council has moved to ban all groups from discussing the city, even in their own home! Mayor Earnest Nas, in strong statements supporting the peoples constitutional rights, said he is willing to go to court to stop this plan. "This is America and even though this is Gould, Arkansas, this is still part of America. And in America, you can't just vote and violate peoples constitutional rights," said Nash.

Arizona Woman Arrested for Speaking at City Council Meeting

Quartzsite, AZ -- The Mayor is challenged under a recall election beginning next month. Accusations have been made. The city council is persecuting the Mayor for giving the people a voice. The Chief of Police is also involved in the scandal. Jennifer Jones is given the floor at a city council meeting open to the public. While she is speaking the council realizes she's about to air their dirty laundry and quickly beckons their henchman to cart her off. The Mayor steps in and says Jones has been recognized to speak and has not violated the council's rules, but the council ignores him and has the woman removed even as the Mayor continues to contest. The police officers ignore the Mayor of the city and remove the woman. It's obvious who those cops work for, and it's not the people.FAIR USE NOTICE: This video may contain copyrighted material. Lawful Rebellion - Roger Hayes challenges Liverpool City Council, Birkenhead 7th March 2011

This video is banned in the UK by request of the UK Government. www.presstv.com/detail/181830.html "Wirral Council is taking Roger Hayes to Birkenhead county court for non-payment of council tax. Mr Hayes, chairman of The British Constitution Group, claims the council tax is illegal and imposed without his consent. His stand has won support from all over the country, and demonstrators travelled miles to protest outside the court building. But, as judge Michael Peake tried to get the case under way, Mr Hayes repeatedly demanded whether he was "on oath of office". Judge Peake insisted it was a "properly constituted court", and said if Mr Hayes had a complaint it was an issue he could take up later. But Mr Hayes again asked if he was on oath of office and when he did not get an answer he was happy with, said: "Sir, I am obliged to arrest you for contempt of court and treason." Two supporters of Mr Hayes then attempted to make the arrest but were stopped by police." People of this land unite together for justice in peacefull non-violent lawfull rebellion.

Priest Nearly Arrested at Council Meeting for Exercising First Amendment

Priest Nearly Arrested at Council Meeting for Exercising First Amendment Kurt Nimmo Infowars.com December 19, 2011 In Florida, if you make an unflattering comparison about the abuse of government authority during an open forum at a city council meeting, you may face the possibly of being "out of order" and subject to removal by police. Father Nathan Monk of Pensacola, Florida, faced just such a situation on Friday when members of the city council there ruled him out of order. Monk had not raised his voice or threatened anybody. He merely stated in no uncertain terms that the government violated the civil liberties of several citizens who had spoken in opposition to proposed anti-homeless ordinances earlier in the week. The council took umbrage and had the citizens removed after they made comparisons between the ordinances and Heinrich Himmler's Final Solution. "As Americans, we have the right to redress our government without fear of being arrested," said Monk. "Whether or not they're connecting dots from Hitler to George Wallace to Barney ... you should be asking, 'well what are we doing that's allowing people to connect those dots?' It was a sick and gross abuse of power." Council President Hall interrupted Monk. "Your time is up, sit down," he said. "No, I have a minute and 12 seconds left," Monk said as he glanced at the timer on the speaker's lectern. "I'm ruling you out of order," Hall said. At that point the council had cops flank Monk. The priest was not arrested ...

Detroit City Council hearing adjourned amid shouting match

By Suzette Hackney • Detroit Free Press Staff Writer A Detroit City Council special investigative session into a police whistle-blower lawsuit settlement erupted into a yelling match when President Pro Tem Monica Conyers made claims that she was being disrespected. The argument began when Conyers asked an independent attorney who was testifying if the council could be sued by Detroit residents for approving the $8.4-million lawsuit settlement. Councilwoman JoAnn Watson said: "They can sue you; I voted no." Conyers told Watson to stop interrupting and disrespecting her. She added: "We all know how you voted; you don't have to keep repeating it." Moments later, Conyers interrupted Council President Ken Cockrel as he was questioning Carl Edwards, the Detroit attorney. Cockrel reminded Conyers that he had the floor and banged his gavel repeatedly. Conyers railed: "You're not my Daddy. You're not going to disrespect me. Grow up! Control your house and learn how to treat women." Cockrel told Conyers that she was "one to talk." Conyers also made repeated mocking reference to Cockrel as Shrek, the green, grumpy and rotund ogre from the animated film. As the council members yelled at each other, residents attending the hearings yelled, as well. "You're disrespecting the citizens!" and "This is a shame!" Cockrel took a quick recess to regain order before then breaking for lunch.

Mayor Ed Foster Comments On The State Of Emergency In Quartzsite, AZ

Mayor Ed Foster Comments On The State Of Emergency In Quartzsite, AZ QUARTZSITE, AZ - The far western Arizona town of Quartzsite was in disarray Monday after the town council ousted the mayor from power and declared a state of emergency, all over an online video that shows a woman being arrested. Mayor Ed Foster said the town council held a last-minute meeting that was closed to the public Sunday night, declaring a state of emergency in the 3600-person town just east of the California city of Blythe. The council's declaration put police Chief Jeff Gilbert in charge, making Foster the "deputy chief executive of nothing right now," he said. It also allows the five-member council to meet without public notice and suspend all public comment at the meetings until they declare the state of emergency over. However, Vice Mayor Barbara Cowell denies the city is under any type of emergency order and told ABC15 "it's business as usual." Cowell did admit city council members, on advice from the city attorney, had an emergency meeting Sunday night after all six council members received threatening e-mails, even death threats, over a video posted online . "It scares the hell out of me, I'm sorry to say," said Cowell. The video shows a woman identified as Jennifer Jones being arrested and hauled away from a council meeting after she said the council was violating open-meetings laws. Jones was speaking during a public comment period, and Foster is heard on the video telling other council ...

Who's Lenny? 'See No Evil' - Bristol 2011

A documentary short looking at 'See No Evil and the rise of the global street art movement. Europe's largest street art installation transformed Nelson Street in Central Bristol into a massive outdoor art gallery. The documentary features interviews with some of the 72 artists involved including Inkie, Tats Cru, El Mac, Nick Walker, Shoe, Xenz, China Mike and Paris. Over the course of a week the artists used over 13400 cans of spray paint to create huge murals, up to 10 storey's high. The film also explores how street art has a natural home in Bristol and explains the cities long and colorful graffiti history. Organised by Inkie, Team Love and Weapon of Choice with the support of Bristol City Council and Nelson Street's building owners. Bristol celebrated the project with an NYC style block party and three 'Hear No Evil' events in the disused Westgate building on Nelson Street. The film adopts a number of filming techniques, including time lapse photography, cable dollys and polecams to capture the transformation taking place. Most of the footage was shot on Canon 5D. The film was produced by Hurricane Media with the support of Bristol City Council to serve as a lasting legacy to the project. www.hurricanemedia.co.uk

Jennifer Jones: AZ Police Chief Declares Martial Law After Being Exposed on Infowars.com

Alex continues his conversation with Jennifer Jones, the Arizona woman who was arrested for daring to speak her mind during a city hall meeting in the town of Quartzsite. Quartzsite Police Chief Jeff Gilbert has asked the town council to declare a "state of emergency" due to all of the publicity the town has received over the arrest of a reporter at an open meeting in June. The town council voted 5-0 in favor of the action; Mayor Ed Foster did not attend the emergency meeting Sunday afternoon. Gilbert reportedly said the action was needed because Jennifer Jones was "inciting riots" after videos of her arrest at the meeting sprung up across the Internet. It was not immediately clear what outside assistance, if any, Gilbert seeks to enforce the state of emergency. www2.az-independent.com thedesertfreedompress.blogspot.com www.infowars.com www.prisonplanet.tv www.infowars.net www.prisonplanet.com
