Animal Crossing: City Folk - Perfect Town
Video showing the steps required for a perfect town in Animal Crossing: City Folk for Nintendo Wii. Keep your town perfect for 15 days and you'll earn the golden watering can. -Pull weeds and pick up any items lying around. (Seashells and fruit are okay, though). -Use patterns to mark off 16x16 square grids to see the acre boundaries. (Start at the top-left or top-right corner of the map). -Make sure you have 12-15 trees in each acre. If you have fewer than 12 trees in an acre, plant more. If you have more than 15, cut some down. -You'll also want at least three flowers in each acre. -Once your town status is "sweet" or perfect, be sure to maintain it. Pull weeds and water any wilting flowers each day. On the 15th day, you will receive the golden watering can as your reward. Tip: Plant lots of flowers! Having extra flowers can help overcome other flaws and it may even be easier to just "plop down flowers" than to find out where that one extra tree is. You can never have too many flowers, so plop away! Q: What is an acre? A: It's a 16 space by 16 space area of land. Each town is divided into 25 acres. Unfortunately, you can't see the borders of each acre unless you mark them off as shown in this video. The number of trees and flowers in each acre determines your town status. This is just a video showing how to get all Hybrids and good ways to plant your garden. No I'm not making this up. I have all 5 colors of hybrids and I'm showing all the colors I used to get them. Also NO I am not a hacker. I don't even know how to hack a Wii so SHUT UP! Hybrids: Pink: Red & White Orange: Red & Yellow Black: Red & Red Purple & Blue Purple: White & White Red & Black Red & Blue Blue: Red & Purple Red & Black Purple & White Special Flowers: Golden Roses: (I've made a video about this) When A Black Rose goes bad water it with the Golden Watering Can and the next day it would be a Golden Rose! (Remember it has to be the Golden Watering Can, other cans won't work) Jacob's Ladder: Have a perfect environment and Jacob's Ladder should appear randomly. Carnations: Red - Father's Day Pink - Mothers Day White - Cross breeding pink and red. Lucky Clover: Instead of weeds little clovers will appear. Pull them and sometimes you might get a Lucky Clover instead of nothing! Replying to some questions... Q: How do you cross breed? A: It's not hard at all. All you have to do is create a garden (use one of the gardens i showed in this video) and water it everyday. The Sliver Can is the best one to use. The Sliver Can creates Hybrids faster than the others. Q: It's been a month and the hybrid is still not appearing. A: Please stop asking me this question because I really have nothing to say to you. Animal Crossing: City Folk - Festivale
Gameplay video of Animal Crossing: City Folk for Nintendo Wii. This shows the Festivale celebration, featuring Pave' the peacock. At the end of the video, I show what the Pave' furniture set looks like. Festivale takes place on the Monday before Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday), so the date will vary each year. It will usually be in February, although it can be in March in years that have a late Easter. In 2010, it took place on February 15. The object is to collect candy from the animals' quizzes and games and give it to Pave' in exchange for Pave furniture. The tricky part is that he requires 3 pieces of a certain color candy before he will give you an item. He will also give out lots of duplicates, and it will likely take many hours to complete the set. The good news is that you can use any leftover candy you had from Halloween or Bunny Day. To be honest, Festivale was my least favorite of the major (furniture) holidays in ACCF. ---Wow, 100k Mark! :O--- Alright so mostly people ask me how do i get here, when did you get here etc. so i'm going to put this all down here. (and some other stuff if i do forget) Now i got to resetti's surveillance center by going to the city after 8pm, and by going to the right side of the tunnel with the pylons. if by chance the pylon closes to the street is knocked out of the way then you can go into resetti's surveillance center, but if it isn't then you aren't able to. Now what i forgot to say and it's my bad that i even forgot this, there isn't a guarantee that you can get this after a few tries, i just got lucky with going at the time that resetti's center was open. This happens after 8pm, on any day, any anytime after 8pm, although it will take a bunch of tries, if you managed to get it after a few tries then let me say that you are a very lucky person. i am sorry i caused any confusion with this. --------------------------- ok so it took alot of time and i'm not even joking, maybe in total about 2 hours worth of trying to get that shovel but i managed to get it. Heres a video of my chat with resetti in his surveillance Center and receiving the silver shovel. --------------- I use a capture device called EyeTV from Elgato, this capture device is made specifically for mac. Now right after i tried visiting redd so that i can finally get into his store... seriously i'm annoyed with how long it's taking to find the animal in my town that will refer me to him. total <b>...</b>

Animal Crossing: City Folk - Halloween
Gameplay video of Animal Crossing: City Folk for Nintendo Wii. This shows the Halloween festival activities, featuring Jack. At the end of the video, I show off the complete set of spooky furniture which you can acquire. The song playing in my house is KK Dirge. Halloween in City Folk takes place on October 31, from 6 pm to midnight. Candy can be bought throughout October from Tom Nook's store. Unlike the GameCube version, this time around you can go trick-or-treating. Some of the animals will remain in their houses. Go inside while wearing a costume (a matching "look") and they will give you a piece of candy. Leave and re-enter their house to get as much candy as you need. The candy is used in two ways: 1. To give Jack in exchange for spooky furniture. 2. To give to your neighbors who will destroy an article of clothing you're wearing or an item you're carrying if you don't give them candy. If you're wearing a costume, they won't destroy your clothing, but any items in your inventory are at risk if you don't have candy for them. Here's an official arrangement of KK House by none other than Nintendo composer Kazumi Totaka, aka Totakeke, aka KK Slider himself. I was lucky enough to get my hands on the official soundtrack CD for Animal Crossing: City Folk earlier this week via Club Nintendo of Europe, and was surprised to find this arrangement on there as it's not used in the game. Anyway, please let me know if you are okay with me uploading these arrangements now that I don't have a lot of time to make videos, or if you only just want me to continue uploading playlists.

When I first started playing Animal Crossing, the first neighbors that I met were Oxford the Ox, Cube the Penguin, Pierce the Eagle, Stella the Sheep and Olivia the Cat. Since they were the animals which were with me in the beginning, they have become my favorites. Even when I create a new town, I'm always on the look out for them. When I see them again, it really makes me smile because it's like I am seeing old friends. I know they are fictional but it still makes me feel good when I see them. But to tell you the truth, even though they are my favorite animal neighbors, there is one who will always be above them and all the others. That animal is the indie musician KK Slider, aka Totakeke. He's very laid back and cool, not commercial by any means, and nice to listen to. His songs constitute most of my favorites from the different Animal Crossing games which are basically the same game. A little less than four years ago, I created my Top 5 Favorite Totakeke Performances from the Gamecube version found here (www.youtube.com For the longest time, none of his other songs could compare... until I heard Steep Hill in City Folk. KK Slider refers to the song as being mellow but I disagree. It's his most soulful song that actually made me tear up the first time I heard it. With the name like Steep Hill, it makes me imagine the hardships and obstacles that he had to endure to get to where he is today. I can't help but feel respect for the cute fictional dog! LOL!
