Mom drove it, brother learned to drive in it and drove it then it was handed down to me. Been all the way from Sonoma to San Diego in it. A few months in So-Cal driving to the beaches every week and running in Laguna Niguel, Newport and Lake Forest. Autocrossed it twice (Check out my video response!) so far for fun and pretty much enjoyed mobbing around in it since I first got my license. With more disposable income down the road I see myself a B/K swap (K swap Auto???whaaat) and a better suspension. Attended an Autism Awareness carshow sponsored by SS AutoPower in Salida California. Very much Central Valley. Anyhow. A popular conversion is taking a 1996-2000 Honda Civic Sedan and just doing a straight front / rear switch w/ the Honda Domani from Japan or the Acura 1.6 EL from Canada. The Domani/Acura 1.6 EL had the looks plus, 15 inch alloys standard, a stiffer suspension and sway bars as well as an Amber lit interior dash amongst other things. This is a popular conversion as it allows a sense of something unique for a straigt forward bolton procedure. This particular example had a CLEAN paint job and a set of Rota Track R's all around. Just wanted to share a little of what the Central Valley has to offer and how "we holdin' it down" LoL =)

this video here shows my process of shaving the engine bay. from putting the frame on to welding to filling. primer and rustoleum paint you know it! the welded areas are mostly grind down, re-weld, grind so in the engine it will use as little filler as possible. stick around for part 2 where the wiring harness will be worked on as well as the brake lines!
